Simon has spent his career building commercial engines inside startups, scale-ups, and ecosystem organisations. From founding and scaling his own ventures to leading growth at New Zealand's largest government-backed startup support provider, he brings a founder's instinct and an operator's discipline. His current work spans AI ventures, people and culture technology, and commercial strategy.
Deanna Anderson
Deanna launches things. Businesses, brands, innovation programmes, and funding strategies across industries and across borders. She builds the coalitions that make things happen at scale — growing audiences, shifting government policy, and convincing industries to move in new directions.
